The World Bank Group (WBG) is requesting market information for learning technology platforms and solutions to deliver a modern learning experience to their staff and clients as a means to enhance the Open Learning Campus (OLC) platform. The OLC is a destination for development learning to build the leadership and technical capabilities of all development stakeholders - partners, practitioners, policy makers, staff, and the public. It is also a learning ecosystem that is open, interactive, and networked. It leverages the vast knowledge of the WBG and its partners and converts it into actionable learning for effective development.
Our audiences are wide-reaching and varied. Approximately 35,000 globally distributed staff, consultants and contractors make up our internal audience who rely on the OLC for continuous learning to upgrade their knowledge and skills. External learning programs delivered through the OLC reach out to more than 40,000 learners a year, who come with a variety of interests and learning needs.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
