The World Bank (the “Purchaser”) in Timor-Leste seeks the below services -

Soft facilities management – 

Cleaning Services, Kitchen Support, Carpark, Garden maintenance, Quarterly Roof Cleaning, pest control and Trees and shrubs are neat and tidy at its office compound include garbage collection and disposal and Ground/ Landscaping Services. 

Hard facilities management –

Facilities Management firm to enable the provision of quality service in a) maintaining the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), Civil Infrastructure, Exterior Walls and Property Fences in the World Bank’s office

Provision of outsourced labor for receptionist profile
