The International Monetary Fund (IMF) seeks proposals from qualified service providers for the provision of external evaluation services on five (5) of its Capacity Development (CD) vehicles. Evaluations will be conducted for three multi-partner regional technical assistance centers (Middle East (METAC), Caribbean (CARTAC) and Pacific (PFTAC); and two bilateral partnerships (Netherlands and Switzerland). Service providers are welcome to submit RFP responses for all or some of the five (5) CD vehicles.
