IFC is seeking the procurement of a valuation platform for its Investment Portfolio. The new platform is expected to provide solid information to its financial statements and portfolio management through:

·        Model management capability to distribute, update and maintain valuation models.

·        Intuitive user interface to enable productive navigation and efficient usage

·        Full work-flow capability to enhance communications and control

·        Integrated Analytics and reporting capabilities

IFC invests in emerging market and most of IFC’s investment are private in nature.  It is important that the new platform covers the following type of financial instruments:

·        Equities – both listed and unlisted

·        Fixed income instruments – both listed and unlisted

·        Unlisted derivative instruments

The new platform will be one of the core IFC systems and it will need to be integrated tightly within IFC’s IT architecture.
