The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development invites interested bidders to participate in the solicitation for AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEMS UPGRADE FOR PARIS CONFERENCE CENTER, SPECIAL EVENTS ROOMS, THE WORLD BANK GROUP, PARIS OFFICE . The AV system upgrade is for two Special events rooms and reception zone. The vendor must cover mandatory criteria some of them listed below: The Offeror must have been in AV industry for at least five (5) years with AV Technology integration services as one of Offeror’s core competencies. Evidence that over the last five (5) years firm has successfully and continuously been engaged as an audio-visual system integration contractor and to demostrate relevant experiance with references. The Offeror must have a permanent office and storage warehouse within the Paris area. The vendor shall have direct vendor agreements in place with all major component manufacturers and/or their distributors for effectiveness and efficiency of service, support, warranty, and RMA claims.
