The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“IBRD”), invites statements of qualification on which to base the selection of firms for providing Facility Management and Maintenance Services for its two offices located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contractors are expected to provide dependable and efficient Facility Management and Maintenance Services for WBG Bangladesh Offices. Firm should have active operations in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Firm must have a minimum annual revenue of more than BDT Fifty Million (BDT 50,000,000) per annum and must demonstrate it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract.

Firm must have successfully and continuously been engaged in Facility Management and Maintenance service for the last five (05) years.

The submission deadline is July 09, 2020, 18:00 Washington, DC time.
