The World Bank Group (IFC), hereinafter referred to as “WBG”, is seeking qualified firms to provide Facilities Management Services, for its office in London, United Kingdom.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
1. Firm must have successfully and continuously been engaged in providing Facilities Services to commercial/ business facilities in London, United Kingdom, preferably International / diplomatic organizations over the last Five (05) years.
2. Firm shall have revenues of at least GBP 250,000 per annum during each of the prior two (2) years and must demonstrate it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract.
3. Firm shall have all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate in the line of business offered in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the jurisdiction wherein it is providing services.
4. Pre-bid and site walk will be on 25 August 2021.
Firms meeting the above mandatory criteria may request a solicitation package.
