International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) as part of the World Bank Group intends to relocate its office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The new office space has approximately 2500 sq. mt interior space and will house approximately 140 employees. 

IFC requires architectural, design, and engineering services to help facilitate the complete fit-out of the new office space. 

Interior improvement works include but are not limited to the renovation of the main entrance lobby and reception area, conference and meeting rooms, new office areas, staff cafeteria etc. The scope of work will include interior construction and finishing works, for example: floor, wall and ceiling finishes, partitions, doors and frames, fixtures, and fittings, including electrical, HVAC, ventilation, sanitary and fire protection systems. The scope of work also comprises an upgrade of security, IT, and AV systems in accordance with WBG requirements.                                                                                                                                                                     

Interested firms must have financial soundness, resources, technical capacity, similar experience in term of nature, size and complexity to IFC scope and requirements.
