The World Bank Group invites qualified firms with relevant experience to provide support to IFC Real Estate Department on space and occupancy management and planning activities in their Headquarters (HQ) in Washington DC, as well as space data management and governance in both HQ and Country Offices located in 111 countries. Services will include support basic layouts and space analysis activities, conduct test fits for modifications of floor plan layouts to meet departmental program per Workplace Standards, support IFC with move-related activities, space management and database management, systems reporting etc.

Firms must meet the following mandatory requirements to be eligible for the technical evaluation:
- Evidence that firm has been in business at least five (5) years and has performed similar work during that time in the region.
- Dedicated Resource (Senior Space and Occupancy Planner) must be located within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area and work within the IFC HQ office.
- Evidence that the Firm is registered and is authorized to operate as an architectural and engineering firm in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Evidence of minimum average annual gross revenue of more than $1.2m USD for each of the last three fiscal years.
- Firms must accept the draft contract proposed by WBG as is.
- Any other requirements stated in the RFP.
