The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) invites expression of interest from Vendors who have experience in providing Workflow learning solution, also known as a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to enhance user performance and learning in live business systems. This initiative supports the organization's commitment to providing fast, flexible, and efficient solutions for staff and clients, modernizing operations, and increasing business value at its Headquarters in Washington, D.C. 

 

The proposed solution will provide just-in-time, interactive, and contextual performance support directly within proprietary and 3rd-party (cloud-based) systems. The platform should enable seamless workflow learning and support users with multi-tenant capabilities, fostering agility and adaptability in navigating frequent technology updates

 

To be eligible to participate in the bid, a vendor must meet the following Mandatory Criteria: 

  

1. Vendor must have been in business for at least three (3) years.

2. Vendor must have the financial capability to successfully complete the Contract, and specifically must have at least an annual total revenue of US$1.5 million in at least two (2) of the last three (3) years.
