The World Bank Group (WBG) seeks to enhance software quality and optimize testing processes by procuring an AI test automation tool. This tool will feature automated test case generation, self-healing capabilities, dynamic locator strategies, and test data management. It will offer a no-code/low-code interface, seamless CI/CD integration, version control support, and debugging mode. The tool will support cross-browser/device testing, API testing, data-driven tests, and code quality assessment. It will be deployable in cloud and on-premises environments, support parallel execution, and ensure consistent global performance. Advanced reporting, AI-driven insights, customizable reports, and real-time dashboards will be included. Comprehensive documentation, dedicated support, training, custom scripting, third-party plugin integration, and compatibility with enterprise systems are also required. The vendor must have a proven track record and provide a detailed product roadmap.
To be eligible to bid, Offeror must meet the following requirements:
1. Offeror must have been in business for at least five (5) years.
2. Offeror must submit a FRISK Score form. The information collected through this form will be entered by WBG into a financial health third party tool. Determination of the financial capability will be made by the World Bank.
3. The test automation tool must have been in operation with at least three (3) clients with similar company profile to WBG, with minimum of 50 users per client. At least three (3) of those clients must have users in more than one country.
4. The Test Automation tool must have AI-enabled API and UI test automation capabilities.
5. The tool must support the testing of Word download, edit and upload, and PDF download and upload.
6. Offeror must agree to all the non-negotiable articles in the Contract Matrix.

A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required prior to releasing the solicitation.
