PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The objective of this loan is to finance the La Guajira Water and Sanitation Infrastructure and Service Management Project, which will provide basic water supply and sanitation services to the Department of La Guajira’s urban areas, benefiting about 300,000 people. In addition, the project will improve service sustainability by supporting utility institutional performance and delivering the necessary water and sanitation infrastructure.
