16. Case No. AI7146: Audits and evaluations conducted by the World Bank on the Ebola response to the outbreak which took place in the Democratic Republic of Congo from August 2018 to June 2020 (Decision dated December 10, 2021)

The Bank notes that the decision is dated December 10, 2021, and was transmitted to the Bank on December 17, 2021. The Bank clarifies that the delay in publishing such decision is exceptional and reflects how seriously Bank management takes the AIAB’s decision. Much coordination was needed to implement this decision by the AIAB, hence the additional time needed for it to be published.
