The existing sanitation master plan for Djibouti city is an operational tool that focuses on rainwater drainage and has been developed to plan investments. Activities under the hereby assignment will complement this approach through assessing the constraints to the implementation of the sanitation master plan and to the management of the rainwater infrastructure system; offering an integrated plan for flood management.
