The objective of the assignment is to develop a technical baseline assessment for three coastal landscapes in Sri Lanka and model scenarios for improved environmental and economic outcomes; including the assessment of institutional and governance issues and policy implications. The assignment intends to yield recommendations and pathways for improved management of coastal landscapes in Sri Lanka to follow a trajectory for green; resilient and inclusive development.
