The WBG invites qualified firms to submit technical and financial proposals to provide services associated with the World Bank Group’s requirements.

Firms must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the technical evaluation:

- Must be in business for at least 5 years providing onsite mail and/or biohazard screening services similar size to those required in this RFP.  

- Evidence of minimum average annual gross revenue of more than USD 15 M (fifteen million USD) for two of the last 3 years.

- Evidence that the Firm is registered and possesses all appropriate permits, licenses, certificates, and insurance required by local law to provide the services under the current scope.

- Must accept the draft contract proposed by WBG as is. 

- Any other requirements stated in the RFP.

The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
